Why is a rate expired?
It has exceeded the source’s freshness window. We preserve the last known value and provenance but exclude it from the best rate and current calculation.
What does a dash mean?
There is no published value for that side. It does not mean zero. A partial quote may allow selling or buying according to the available side.
Does the amount include fees?
The calculation applies the published rate to your amount. It excludes fees not published by the source. Confirm conditions with the institution.
Why are there gaps in history?
No value was recorded on those days. We show actual coverage without interpolation. Some dates represent collection when publication is unknown.
How can I report a value?
Email info@refactoring.do with the institution, currency, date and public link or evidence of the discrepancy. Avoid sharing personal or banking information.
